Thank you for choosing our Sait Williams Premium Bracelet. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or refund an item. To ensure a smooth process and your satisfaction, we have established the following formal return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Return:

- All Sait Williams Bracelets are eligible for a 30-Days Warranty. Beyond warranty days will not be part of the return and refund policy.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alterations.
- The original tags, labels, and packaging should be intact and included with the returned item.
- Products that are damage or broken due to accidents, negligence or not following the right care instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

2. Timeframe for Requests:
- For return or refund requests, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Prompt communication allows us to address your request efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Exchange or Re-sizing Process:
- If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team for guidance.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange and re-sizing, we will process the exchange accordingly.

4. Return Process:
- In case you decide to return the product for a refund, please contact our customer support team for further instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process within 10 business days.

5. Shipping and Handling:
- For eligible exchanges or returns due to our error or product defects, we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
* For Debit/Credit Cards, the card payment service fee (%3-5) will be deducted in refund.
* For Cash On Delivery Orders, COD service fee (%2) will be deducted in refunds.
- Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.
